Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment please call 760-353-3422 during the business hours, M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM, and we’ll take down your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and any insurance information applicable. From there, we find a time convenient for you. Our first appointment is at 8am and our last appointment is at 4:30pm.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no show fee.
